The D60K apartment of the Greek writer and actor Georges Sari is one of the most important historical building of its time. Sari was a true fighter of her time who dedicated her life to struggle and freedom. She lived and died in this apartment. Built in 1929, this building is a stone masonry construction, with its characteristic parquet floors, mosaic tiles, marble floors, ceiling and wall joints, door and window joinery details, it is one of the most beautiful examples of the first examples of Athenian modern houses. All the details of the house inspired the design. The plan layout has been preserved and the house has been designed more functional. The bathrooms and the kitchen area has been re-modelled and the richness of the details of the whole houses has been emphasised in the details of the project. It was re-designed and renovated with respect for its historical value and with a reference to the memory of Georges Sari.
